Information we collect
When you request a permit quote or consultation, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property or project address, company information, project details and files you choose to upload. Basic technical information may also be processed for security, anti-abuse and website operation.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to review your inquiry, communicate with you, prepare or discuss a project-specific scope or quote, coordinate requested services, administer consultation requests, protect the forms from abuse and maintain business records reasonably connected with the inquiry or services provided.
Files and sensitive information
Uploaded drawings, surveys, municipal comments and project photos are intended only to help us understand the project. Please do not upload banking information, government identification or other highly sensitive information through the website forms.
Service providers and anti-spam
The website may use hosting, email-delivery and security providers necessary to operate the service. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Information is disclosed only where reasonably necessary for these operational purposes, with consent, or as required by law.
Retention and safeguards
828 Design keeps personal information only as long as reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected, related business or legal record needs, or applicable requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including restricted WordPress records, validated uploads, anti-abuse controls and protected private-file storage.
Your choices and access
You may contact 828 Design to ask about personal information associated with your inquiry, request a correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, contractual or legal purposes.
Website analytics
With your permission, 828 Design uses first-party website analytics to understand page visits, service and location interest, website interactions and lead attribution. Analytics does not begin unless you choose Allow Analytics; choosing Essential Only disables analytics tracking. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honored by default.
Analytics records use pseudonymous first-party identifiers and do not store raw IP addresses, latitude, longitude or postal-code headers. When Cloudflare visitor-location headers are enabled, approximate city, region and country may be recorded. Raw analytics data is retained for no more than the configured 7, 14 or 30 day period and can be cleared by the website administrator.
